PoemSeal sells digital download products. Because files are delivered instantly and can be copied, all sales are final once download access is granted.

We will help when:

• A file is missing, corrupted, or will not download
• We delivered the wrong file
• You accidentally bought the same listing twice within 24 hours (refund of the duplicate at our discretion)

No refunds for:

• Change of mind after download access
• Printer, paper, or software compatibility after a working file was delivered
• Print colors that differ from your screen
