PoemSeal sells digital download products. Because files are delivered instantly and can be copied, all sales are final once download access is granted.
We will help when
- A file is missing, corrupted, or will not download
- We delivered the wrong file
- You accidentally bought the same listing twice within 24 hours (refund of the duplicate at our discretion)
No refunds for
- Change of mind after download access
- Printer, paper, or software compatibility after a working file was delivered
- Print colors that differ from your screen
